Who can use the Europe Arab Bank mobile app?
All EAB Private Banking clients with an EAB Visa debit card and PIN. If you require a new card or PIN, please speak to your Relationship Manager.
What do I do if I lose my card?
If your card has been lost or stolen, you can block your card temporarily or permanently via the app if you go to "My Wallet" and select the card you wish to block. To order a new card, please contact your Relationship Manager.
Can I reset my username and password?
Yes, you can reset your mobile banking credentials via the landing page on the app using your EAB Visa debit card and PIN.
How do I contact customer support?

Can I pay bills and make transfers using the app?
Yes, you can make domestic payments, bill payments or international payments.
What is the delegate profile feature of the app?

What if I don’t want to use the new Mobile Banking app?
You can still access your EAB accounts via the online banking portal on the website.
